Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Non‑Refundable)

All digital products, including templates, downloadable files, and custom digital designs, are non‑refundable once delivered or accessed. Because digital items cannot be returned, all sales are final. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:

You have reviewed the product description and preview images
You understand that no physical item will be shipped
You accept that digital purchases cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded

If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, we will gladly assist you.

2. Physical Products (Print‑on‑Demand Orders)

Because all printed items are made specifically for you, based on the file you upload or approve, Print‑on‑Demand products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:

The item arrives damaged
The item arrives defective
The item is significantly different from what you ordered

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging
Your order number

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for:

Errors in the file you uploaded (spelling, low resolution, wrong size, incorrect colors, etc.)
Customer‑provided shipping address errors
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Minor color variations due to screen vs. print differences

3. Order Cancellations & Eligibility

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Digital products cannot be canceled once delivered.
Print‑on‑Demand orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started.
We reserve the right to decline cancellations once the order is in processing or production.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order that includes:

Illegal, offensive, or prohibited content
Copyright‑infringing material
Files that violate our Terms & Conditions

If we cancel an order due to prohibited content, refunds are issued at our discretion.
